Returns

  • Any item purchased online can be returned for a refund, within 14 days of receiving the original order,except for special occasions mentioned below.

  • Any item purchased in any Baldi store can be returned for a refund on the same day of purchase to the same store.

  • The returned item needs to be not used and not worn as upon return to Baldi. When it is not the case, the item can be considered not valid for return and the order may not be refunded or exchanged. In these cases, please, contact our Customer Service team to clarify the situation.

  • For a return or exchange the customer must provide along with the item the payment receipt (proof of purchase).

  • All the items will be inspected upon return. After the inspection, If the items are not approved (e.g. absence of receipt, used items, etc.) for return or exchange, Baldi keeps the right of not issuing a refund or anything in exchange.

  • The items are valid for size or color exchange, if they were not purchased with any kind of discount.

  • During the “sale” period the purchased discounted items are not valid for refund.

  • The refunds are processed within 2 weeks after we receive back the item and it passes our inspection.

  • The appearance of the sum on your bank account is under the responsibility of your bank.

  • The refunds are processed via same payment method as when placing the order.

  • The items are under the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure everything is packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

  • The items must be sent back in their original packaging. In case this can not be done, please contact our customer service.

  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

  • The online purchased items can not be returned to any Baldi store. For returns, please contact our customer service team.

  • All the exchange, return and refund issues are considered only around the price of the item during the purchase.

  • The returns are free of charge.

Refunds

  • The refunds are processed via same payment method as when placing the order.

  • The refunds are processed within 2 weeks after we receive back the item and it passes our inspection.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email [email protected] or call (995 322) 50 00 50.

“Sale” items & “Sale” periods

  • The “sale” item is any item purchased with a discount

  • The ”sale” items are valid for only size exchange within 2 business days of purchase.

  • The sale period is the period announced by Baldi to have discounts on selected styles and items.

  • During the “sale” period the purchased discounted items are not valid for refund.

Exchanges

Shipping

  • We provide free shipping on all orders in the Republic of Georgia. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary.

  • Most orders are shipped within the same or next business day after being placed. In Tbilisi we use our own delivery service, all the orders from other regions of Georgia are shipped using the Georgian Post service.

  • The orders are normally delivered on the same or next business day in Tbilisi. The delivery to other regions in Georgia might take longer, as there is the third party involved.

  • All the orders placed on Baldi.ge website should have addresses in the Republic of Georgia.
